Gwen has been teaching, training and discipling students in the UK and Central Europe for the past 20 years as a staff worker with the Universities and Colleges Christian Fellowship (UCCF) and a team leader with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES). Based in Budapest, Hungary, she spent 5 years mentoring women leaders in Europe before returning to her native Scotland where she completed her BA in Theology at the International Christian College in Glasgow. Gwen's Doctoral research at the University of Glasgow exploring contemporary women's spiritual development and the changing contours of their relationship with church has fired her passion to help adult disciples explore new dimensions of creative evangelism and discipleship in the 21st Century. Her other passions include black and white photography, world cinema and wandering on the island beaches off the west coast of Scotland!
