Part I : Study Skills (All students)

Online Study Skills Course

Welcome to the Postgraduate Online Study and Research Skills Course.

Part I of this course is designed to be completed by all students before submission of their first assignment. It comprises five sections which can be accessed using the links below:

1. expectations of you as a student in covering this part of the material
2. teaching Material  to help you to develop your study and research skills
3. resources to help you to develop your study and research skills; these include the MA handbook, a  Research Skills Bibliography and information about using the Cliff College library
4. Cliff College Regulations for Academic Writing: an essential tool outlining all requirements with regard to submission of assignments and your dissertation
5. other tasks that you will need to complete and submit.

As you navigate through these documents, you will be given all of the information that you need to complete the first part of this material. You will, however, need to access other material to complete the tasks.
