Sharon was a medical scientist before going to bible college and training in youth and children's ministry. She has been involved in youth and children's work in her local church for over 20 years, also working for Crusaders and Scripture Union. She also taught at Moorlands Bible College for 12 years. Sharon is the Course Leader on the Children's Evangelism and Nurture Diploma and the BA in Youth and Children's Ministry at Cliff College.
