Eating together is a key part of any group activity and we are keen to offer an excellent service as part of our standard package. Our normal meal times are as listed below; however, we are happy to discuss alternative times with you in order to make them more conducive to your programme. All dietary requirements can be met if notified beforehand. Friday evening meals booked after 6.00pm will be a cold self-service buffet.

A wide range of modern presentation equipment is available for use to meet all your needs, there is no additional charge to use available audio-visual equipment. Please discuss requirements with the Cliff Conferences team at the time of booking. You are welcome to bring your own audio-visual equipment to use for your event as long as it holds a current Portable Appliance Test (PAT) certificate.
Most of our meeting rooms have wheelchair access and either have or can be fitted with induction loops. We have some bedrooms that are also suitable for wheelchair users. Please discuss all such requirements at time of booking.
Our customers are entirely responsible for the security of all items brought into the Conference Centre. Cliff College Conference Centre admits no responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage howsoever it arises and all bookings are agreed to be taken upon this basis.
Health & Safety
The College takes precautions to ensure that your visit to us is a safe one. Users of the facilities are expected to work within and to normal prescribed Health and Safety practices and to carry out their own risk assessments. All groups must have adequate First Aid provision for the types of activities carried out during your visit.
Children on site
Of course, we want groups to use our facilities to the full, but request that children not be left without adult supervision on any part of the site.
Portable Appliance Testing
All electrical equipment brought for use at the College must have current PAT certification in order to comply with our insurance. Equipment found without relevant test certificates will not be permitted to be used at the College.
Fire Wardens and First Aid
Each group staying at the Conference Centre should nominate a Fire Warden for each building booked and have its own First-Aider and First Aid supplies in case of emergency.
All users of the facilities are expected to take out their own insurance to cover themselves against damage to the facilities (accidental or intentional) and accidents. Please note the user has responsibility to make good any damage caused to the facilities by any member of their group.
Linen, Towels and Soap
All bed linen and pillows are provided but visitors are asked to bring their own toiletries. One bath towel and one hand towel is provided for the duration of your stay. Please bring additional towels if you require them.
Smoking and Alcohol
The Cliff College Conference Centre is a non-smoking and no-alcohol site.
No pets are permitted on site other than support dogs.
