Angela Zamaere Smith is the Interim CEO of All We Can. She has been with the organisation for 9 years and was instrumental in the development of All We Can’s partnership approach, which champions locally led development and shifts power to local organisations and communities, putting them in the driving seat of their transformation to ensure ownership and sustainability of international development initiatives. Angela has 29 years’ experience in international development and adopts approaches informed and inspired by her experiences of international aid and issues of poverty growing up in her homeland, Malawi.
