BBQS

Disposable BBQs are not permitted at Festival 2024, but camp stoves are welcome if used responsibly. Our campsite wardens will be happy to offer guidance on safe usage. Firepits and all other types of fire are not permitted on the campsite as these present a risk to those around you.

C

D

DEPARTURE

We ask that you leave the Festival site by 12pm on Tuesday 28 May; if you're staying in indoor accommodation, you'll need to check out of your room by 10am. Breakfast will be available in Chadwick's between 7am and 9am.

DOGS

We regret that no dogs are allowed onto the Cliff site, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

DRUGS

We have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found using or in possession of illegal substances will be asked to leave immediately. We reserve the right to escort any individual off the site.

EMERGENCIES

For medical emergencies of a serious nature at any time, please ring 999 and tell the emergency services that you are situated at Cliff College, Calver, Hope Valley, Derbyshire S32 3XG, on the main A623 road between Baslow and Calver crossroads. If you need to call an ambulance or paramedic, please let the College Reception (01246 584200) or out-of-hours team (07925 856938) know so they can direct the ambulance to the right place. For other emergencies, contact Reception, out of hours, a camp warden or a first-aider around the site.

ELECTRIC PITCHES

There are a limited number of electric pitches available for caravans, motorhomes and tents. You can pre-book these through our booking system.

F

FIRST AID

First Aid will be available from members of Medic1, whose mobile headquarters will be on site. They will be visible around the grounds throughout the weekend and based outside Cliff Hall.

FIRE PRECAUTIONS

If you discover a fire, call 999 and activate the nearest fire alarm. If the fire alarm sounds, please vacate the building following the displayed instructions. On the campsite, please ensure you are aware where your nearest fire assembly point is.

FOOD OPTIONS

This year in addition to Chadwick's canteen, we will be hosting some vendors in the Market Hub. You are also welcome to bring your own food. Most vendors will be card only, but if you only have cash then please visit Reception for assistance.

G

GIVING

If you would like to donate to Cliff Festival, you can do so online here or at Festival. There will be donation points around the site for those wishing to donate by card, and cash donations will also be accepted.

I

INDOOR ACCOMMODATION

Under-12s will not be photographed without their parents' permission.

PROGRAMMES

This year our programme will be available online! It will be sent to you in early May - we recommend downloading it to your phone so you can access it even if you don't have phone signal. Screens around the site and our noticeboard outside Reception will also list the day's events and activities.
