For medical emergencies of a serious nature at any time, please ring 999 and tell the emergency services that you are situated at Cliff College, Calver, Hope Valley, Derbyshire S32 3XG, on the main A623 road between Baslow and Calver crossroads. If you need to call an ambulance or paramedic, please let the College Reception (01246 584200) or out-of-hours team (07925 856938) know so they can direct the ambulance to the right place. For other emergencies, contact Reception, out of hours, a camp warden or a first-aider around the site.

If you discover a fire, call 999 and activate the nearest fire alarm. If the fire alarm sounds, please vacate the building following the displayed instructions. On the campsite, please ensure you are aware where your nearest fire assembly point is.
This year in addition to Chadwick's Dining Hall, we will be hosting some vendors in the Hub. You are also welcome to bring your own food. We recommend bringing both a card and some cash; Chadwick's will only accept card payments, but some vendors in the Hub may prefer cash.
If you would like to donate to Cliff Festival, you can do so online here or at Festival. There will be donation points around the site for those wishing to donate by card, and cash donations will also be accepted.

Each building has a Fire Warden who will be able to help should there be an emergency during the night. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the evacuation route from your room and your nearest assembly point. You will find this information on the notice in your room.
Some elements of Cliff Festival will be livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube. If you do not wish to be on camera during these livestreams, please speak to a steward when entering the venue and they will direct you to the appropriate seating area.
