ARRIVAL

You're welcome to arrive from 4pm on Friday 26 May. The programme will start at 7pm on Friday; if you're camping or staying in our accommodation, we recommend arriving by 9pm at the latest to give yourself time to check in and get set up.

B

This will be available in our Festival for Minis venue.

BBQS

Disposable BBQs are permitted at Festival 2023, but must be used carefully and responsibly. Our campsite wardens will be happy to offer guidance on safe usage. Firepits and all other types of fire are not permitted on the campsite as these present a risk to those around you.

Batteries, tent pegs, basic food items and other camping essentials will be available onsite from Reception.

CAMPSITE

Your first point of call for assistance with anything campsite related is the camp warden. If you require further help, visit the College Reception or call 01246 584200, or contact our out-of-hours team on 07925 856938.

EMERGENCIES

For medical emergencies of a serious nature at any time, please ring 999 and tell the emergency services that you are situated at Cliff College, Calver, Hope Valley, Derbyshire S32 3XG, on the main A623 road between Baslow and Calver crossroads. If you need to call an ambulance or paramedic, please let the College Reception (01246 584200) or out-of-hours team (07925 856938) know so they can direct the ambulance to the right place. For other emergencies, contact Reception, out of hours, a camp warden or a first-aider around the site.

ELECTRIC PITCHES

There are a limited number of electric pitches available for caravans, motorhomes and tents. You can pre-book these through our booking system.

F

FIRST AID

First Aid will be available from members of Medic1, whose mobile headquarters will be on site. They will be visible around the grounds throughout the weekend and based outside Cliff Hall.

FIRE PRECAUTIONS

If you discover a fire, call 999 and activate the nearest fire alarm. If the fire alarm sounds, please vacate the building following the displayed instructions. On the campsite, please ensure you are aware where your nearest fire assembly point is.

FOOD OPTIONS

This year in addition to Chadwick's Dining Hall, we will be hosting some vendors in the Hub. You are also welcome to bring your own food. We recommend bringing both a card and some cash; Chadwick's will only accept card payments, but some vendors in the Hub may prefer cash.

G

GIVING

If you would like to donate to Cliff Festival, you can do so online here or at Festival. There will be donation points around the site for those wishing to donate by card, and cash donations will also be accepted.

I

INDOOR ACCOMMODATION

If you have any questions or concerns about your accommodation, then visit the College Reception or call 01246 584200 or 07925 856938 when the Reception is closed.
