About our exhibition space
Our exhibitors are housed in the Market Hub, at the heart of Festival, in an enclosed marquee next to the main stage. Festival attendees will be able to browse stalls and resources while enjoying coffee and fellowship together in this space throughout the day, including before and after main stage sessions in the mornings and evenings.
What's included
- Two exhibitor badges, allowing you to access all of Festival for the duration of the event. Additional exhibitor badges are available for £30 each.
- One free camping plot on the Cliff campsite
- Use of one 240v single-phase socket. Please contact us if this will not be sufficient for your requirements.
Plot size and cost
We have two sizes of plot available. 2x2 metre plots cost £150, and 3x2 metre plots cost £200. Please note there is also a £100 selling premium.

Digital Advertising
You also have the opportunity to purchase digital advertising space at Festival 2024. This can be either a still image/graphic or a 30-second promotional video. These adverts will be shared on screens around the Festival site throughout the event and on our Festival LIVE online stream.
Digital advertising space can be purchased through the Hub stall booking system if you are applying for a stall. If you are unable to attend Festival 2024 as an exhibitor but would like to purchase digital advertising space, please contact us at festival@cliffcollege.ac.uk. Please note that all digital advertising must be in line with the ethos and charisms of Cliff College, which is available on request from the above email address.
