Are you aged 18–25 and wondering what’s next? Do you want to explore God’s calling on your life while growing in confidence and purpose?
The Cliff Year at Cliff College is designed to help you invest intentionally in your faith, deepen your discipleship and discover new ways to serve. Alongside teaching and community life, you’ll gain hands-on experience sharing your faith and making a real impact in local churches and communities.
Running from 5 September 2026 to 4 June 2027, this nine-month programme offers a life-shaping opportunity to grow, serve and step into your future with confidence.
The Cliff Year has grounded me in my faith and given me confidence in the things I believe. I’d recommend the Cliff Year to anyone who wants to grow in their relationship with God and have opportunities to serve in different ways in local churches.

CertHE Theology and Mission
Take the first step into theological study with the CertHE in Theology and Mission — the opening year of a full degree programme.
This course provides a strong foundation in Bible, theology and mission, while offering the flexibility to tailor your learning through optional units such as pastoral practice and modules on children, youth and family ministry.
Designed to be both academically rigorous and deeply practical, the programme equips you with critical thinking skills and real-world ministry experience. Through a mission placement, you’ll engage with diverse contexts and reflect on effective, impactful practice.
The programme is offered in dual delivery mode, giving students the flexibility to study either onsite or online.

PGCert Theology and Mission
Looking to deepen your theological understanding while continuing to serve and lead? The PGCert in Theology and Mission is designed to support your ongoing formation and professional development.
Comprising three focused units — including Missional Theology and Missional Theology in Practice — this programme will help you engage more effectively in God’s mission and grow in confidence in your calling. An additional optional unit allows you to shape the course around your interests and context.
Balancing academic depth with practical application, the PGCert is ideal for those seeking to develop their ministry, leadership or professional practice.
The programme is offered in dual delivery mode, giving students the flexibility to study either onsite or online.
